Iodine and Other Nutrients
Iodine is related to numerous other nutrients, including minerals, vitamins, proteins, fats, and water. When supplementing with iodine, pay attention to these nutrients, too.
The basic protocol, based on suggestions by Abraham et al, includes Iodoral, Vitamin C, magnesium, selenium, inositol hexaniacinate, and a comprehensive nutrition program.
Minerals. All the minerals seem to work together and to affect each other. Selenium, Iron, Vanadium, Zinc, Magnesium, and Copper seem to be particularly important with respect to Iodine.
Vitamins.
Proteins.
Fats.
